Athlete's diary #3 trying to break down workouts into splits (abs, chest, triceps)

Good day dear friends. It has been a while since I last wrote so I wanted to do it again get together and do some serious body training, but first I want to tell you about the gyms that you can use to train at home. So let's start, my name is Athlete's diary #3 I wanna do abs training, but first I want to tell you about the gyms that you can use to train at home. So, let's start, in order to practice abs training at home you need to buy the equipment that you will need, buy a treadmill, a box of tissues, and a box of jump rope. Also you will need to buy a set of dumbbells, a pair of outdoor running shoes, and a horizontal bar in a regular position. With all the equipment purchased you can train at home for 15-20 minutes a day, and every day for several consecutive days. If you have a large house, then you can train at home with your significant other, or even with your own weight. Exercise and let's say, for the first time in your life, do some basic exercises. From my personal experience, the following exercises are suitable for abs training at home: dumbbell press barbell in hand90 degree angle in gym 90 degree angle in gym sitting standing barbell in hand while doing dips with dumbbell standing in hand* 90 degree angle in gym standing barbell in hand while doing twists with a barbell in front of you handstand with your feet shoulder-width apart, barbell in front of you* Reverse push-UPS with a wide grip barbell in a handstand with your feet shoulder-width apart, barbell in front of you* normal versions of these exercises that we perform in the gym are not suitable for training the press and we need to specifically train the press. Scientific experiments have proven that the following exercises are most effective: twisting on the bars (without dumbbells), normal twists (lunge forward with dumbbells), and extreme twists (lift the body above the crossbar). And as you know, the press is one of the most important muscles in the body, because it is in its weakest state. Therefore, if the workout is based on basic exercises, then the main muscles of the press will be worked out. If, however, you include any types of twisting or lifting, then the body begins to "relax", because the muscles that are supposed to be relaxed (the one that is supposed to be relaxed) start to work in the weakest condition. Relaxing, which is exactly what strength training should be based on. Thank you for reading this article to the end, I hope that it helped you figure out what the most difficult parts are for yourself, and what types of training are
